Refunds

All sales are final. We apologize, but we are not able to give refunds as each product is made to order. Once an order is placed, your entries are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes company and cannot be withdrawn. We cannot tamper with the entries for the giveaway vehicles.

Shipping Disclaimer

Your order will normally ship 5-10 business days after being placed through our website. Please note that although our website may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. These shipping time frames are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times. Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates. Delivery times vary due to many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory, and more. Please be patient and we will contact you with a tracking number as soon as it is available.

Next Day Shipping

Some products on our website are listed as "Next Day Shipping". For those select products, your product will be fulfilled next day but will be shipped at Ground Speed. Please understand that Next Day Shipping means we will ship out the product next day but this does NOT mean you will receive it next day.

Billy Gear and all related entities are not responsible and cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping services.

Additionally, products labeled LIMITED EDITION may take up to 2 weeks as each product is made to order.

Incorrect Addresses

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address at checkout. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

Return To Sender Orders

If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will reach out to you by email. You will have 30 days to respond to the email or reach out to us about your missing package. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days from our first email sent to you, your order will be automatically void.

International Customers

Billy Gear is not responsible for any additional costs that may occur through duties, taxes, and any other fees that may arise due to international customs and shipping costs. You are purchasing our products knowing additional costs that may occur are solely the responsibility of you, the purchaser.

Exchanges

We welcome all exchanges! Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. The customer is responsible for shipping it to Billy Gear and shipping charges for the new product. You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value, or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund. Contest entries cannot be altered or rescinded.

All exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of purchase. Any issues with defective merchandise must also be reported within 60 days of the date of purchase for warranty replacement. After 60 days, we have no further liability.

Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice and copies of any correspondence you have had with Customer Service. Please specify the name of the product you would like in exchange, and what size you would like. Please send a PayPal payment for shipping and any price increase if you are upgrading. Our PayPal account is hi@billygear.shop. Include a screenshot of your confirmation with your return package or email the confirmation with your order number to hi@billygear.shop.

If you receive an item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately.
